Place on the bottom of a lightly greased Crock Pot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Spread evenly on top of the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle the dry Stove Top chicken stuffing mix over the chicken. Spread over the chicken in the crock pot. Sprinkle the sage over the top.
Spray the ceramic insert of a slow cooker with some non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. In a medium bowl mix together the cream of chicken.
Add the onion celery cream of chicken soup dried cranberries and chicken broth stirring everything together completely. Top this mixture over the dry stuffing mix. When its finished take a couple forks and just shred the chicken and mix it all together.
